Inspiration: After listening to "Cells" (the main song in Sin City) I got the idea to do a picture based of sin city.

The picture was done in Photoshop (clearly) and took about 3 hours to do, mainly because I had no clue what I was doing.

It's a link to adobe's official site. Sign up there, and you can download free trials of most of there products, including photoshop CS2 (which is what I used for this pic.) and the brand new photoshop CS3. You can also download stuff like Adobe Illustrator and Flash from there too!

Very cool. Love the grainy effect.
sugestion. Make the lips a darker red almost maroon (like blood)
It will contrast beter with the black and white of the rest of the picture.
